1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Cake Wise website (cakewise.in) and the ordering of products from Cake Wise, a boutique home bakery based in Surat, Gujarat, India. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Customisation

• All cakes are custom-made to order and require advance booking.
• Cake designs, colours, and decorations may vary slightly from reference images due to the handmade nature of our products.
• Order confirmation is subject to availability of ingredients, flavours, and delivery slots.
• Any specific dietary requirements or allergen concerns must be communicated at the time of ordering.

3. No Returns or Refunds

Since all our products are perishable food items that are freshly prepared and custom-made for each order, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

In the unlikely event that there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence, and we will review and address the matter on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery time may not be eligible for any refund, as preparation would have already commenced.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required at the time of confirming your order.
• Payment methods accepted include UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (at the discretion of Cake Wise).

6. Delivery

• Delivery is available within select areas of Surat, Gujarat. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order.
• Cake Wise is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been handed over to the customer or a third-party delivery agent.
• Self-pickup is available at our home bakery location by prior arrangement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and cake designs — is the intellectual property of Cake Wise and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cake Wise shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consumption of our products. Customers are responsible for informing us of any known allergies prior to placing an order.
